Cook: 

If you would like assistance with cooking during your stay, please let us know. Diana Clanchy is bilingual and lives locally. If available, she can cook for you during your stay or can prepare food in advance and leave it for your arrival. We have plenty of freezer space if you wish her to leave a number of meals. She is available by separate arrangement.

 

Parties:

We have a strict no Stag or Hen party policy and the group host must be aged 25 or over.

Accessibility:

The house is accessed by one step on all sides of the property, but once inside, the ground floor has level access.  The Ground Floor bedroom is very generous and ideal for someone who has limited mobility.  It has  an en-suite shower over the bath.   Please contact me for more information if anyone in your party has limited mobility and you have concerns.

Dogs:

We are happy to have well behaved dogs, but the farm is not fenced securely so this would be at your own risk. Wild boar and deer can be a distraction!

Climate:

La Espuela is at appox. 500m above sea level and therefore always enjoys a more comfortable climate than Seville.  It is generally ten degrees cooler than the published temps in Seville and comfortable at night.
